Eligibility

- At least 18 years old for EX and LX programs.

Program Registration and Access
Upon enrollment:
- You will receive access credentials to the appropriate platform or dashboard.
- Access is limited to the individual registrant and must not be shared or transferred.
- FuturumY reserves the right to accept or deny registration at its discretion.
Payment and Refunds
- Fees for each program are clearly listed during the registration process.
- Payments must be made in full or through an approved installment plan before program access is granted.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise for a specific program.
- No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed programs.
Intellectual Property
All content—videos, curriculum, written materials, images, logos, and technology—belongs to FuturumY or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share program content.
- Use content for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Record sessions unless expressly allowed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or disrupt our website or platforms
- Attempt unauthorized access to program materials or accounts
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users, mentors, or instructors
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy without refund.
User Content and Feedback
Any content you submit (discussions, feedback, assignments, etc.) remains yours, but you grant FuturumY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as part of delivering or improving the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
FuturumY provides services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Continued availability or error-free functionality
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuturumY shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, business, revenue, or reputation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant program.
